Business Analyst

What are your responsibilities?

  • You build and manage various financial models of all our companies.

  • You do a financial screening in the context of purchase & sale investment projects.

  • You assist with due diligence and closing transactions.

  • You take the initiative to optimize the financing structure.

  • You maintain contacts with investors and financial partners.

  • You are responsible for cash planning and the financial follow-up of all our companies.

  • You advise the finance & management team with ad hoc analyzes and reporting.

What do we expect from you?

  • Sustainability is not just a buzzword for you; you actually identify yourself with this vision.

  • You have a Master's degree in a financial or an economic direction & you have 4 years experience in a similar job.

  • You are an expert in building financial models and reporting in Excel. A first experience with an ERP-system is a plus.

  • You are communicatively strong and understand when which stakeholder to engage in what way.

  • You take responsibility and you are proactive at work.

  • You have strong analytical skills.

  • You communicate fluently in English, and in Dutch or French.
